Shipping and Billing
Calendars will be shipped when completed starting in August, 2009 (unless otherwise requested). Calendars shipped F.O.B. Minnesota.
Customers with approved credit will be billed for cost of calendars, imprinting, freight charges and tax following shipping.
Imprinted calendars are subject to a 5% over- or under- run. Your invoice will reflect the actual number of calendars shipped to you.
Payment
Our terms are simple.
USE credit card payment Mastercard or VISA via PayPal™ simply call 630-653-1149 to make arrangements.
New customers paying by check will be invoiced, upon receipt of payment their order will be processed. Payment of the total invoice amount is due within 15 days of receipt of invoice.
Damaged Shipments
All shipments to you are insured by the carrier against damage in transit. If any package is visibly damaged when you receive it, you should note that on your delivery receipt. Whenever you notice any damage (even if the damaged materials cannot be detected until the carton is opened), you should immediately phone or write The Advertising Agency Group, Inc. at 630-653-1149.
Price Information
We reserve the right to raise or lower prices without notice. However, our policy is to always charge the price in effect at the time you place your order. Prices are exclusive of any charge for imprinting or special packaging or artwork.
Tax
We are required to add Illinois state tax to all Illinois orders. We will omit these taxes if you enclose a copy of your tax-exempt authorization with the order or have one on file with us. We do not ADD state and local taxes on orders placed from and delivered outside Illinois, and any taxes applicable shall be paid by the customer.
Warranty
The Advertising Agency Group, Inc. warrants that products sold shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. However, our sole liability for breach of warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective materials. The foregoing warranty shall be in lieu of any other warranty, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied or other warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall The Advertising Agency Group, Inc. be liable to its customer or any other person for any loss or special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including without limitation lost profits, or any other claim or demand by or against customer, which may arise out of the furnishing, performance or use of any item or service provided for by The Advertising Agency Group, Inc..
Returns
We want to keep you as a good customer and friend, so your complete satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with any product because of specified defects in materials or workmanship, we will in most cases, accept its return. We ask, that you follow this simple return procedure. Write or phone us within 15 days of delivery. Upon approval we will send you a return authorization label with shipping instructions. Any returns made without an Advertising Agency Group, Inc. authorization label must be refused. Custom-made and imprinted materials are not returnable, unless a mistake was made in the manufacturing or printing. Materials ordered in error may only be returned upon approval and are subject to a restocking charge plus all delivery costs
